Combilift 551: independent parking in 2 levels above each other without pit. By lifting and sliding the platforms, direct access to all parking places at the entrance level.
The combination of stacking and moving together with a pit arrangement provides additional height in the top level - parking space for vans, SUVs is provided.
Based on storage rack principles cars can simply and full-automatically be parked in 2 rows behind each other and next to the vertical lift. The Parksafe 582 as tower and/or pit version.
The flexibility of the Parksafe 583 allows an optimised utilisation of unusual floor plan areas and provides additional parking places in 1, 2, 3-row arrangement laterally to the vertical lift.
The fully automatic space miracle Levelparker 590: Space saving parking with single row arrangement on 2 to 5 parking levels without additional ramps or driveways.
Multiparker 720 is for smaller floor plan areas featuring high structures, with an emphasis on stacking the parking places on top of one another up to 50 levels high.
The Multiparker 740 is particularly suited to narrow and long floor plan areas and features a fully automatic space saving high rack storage parking arrangement.
Similar to a high rack more car parking places are provided with the pallet-less system Multiparker 760. Cars are simple stacked side by side and one above the other.
WÖHR Autoparking Systems celebrates 120th anniversary with innovative solutions for the city of the future.
Sustainable parking densification for a superlative redevelopment project: In the centre of Madrid, a fully automatic WÖHR Multiparker 740 contributes to the reduced ecological footprint of the Montalbán 11 building.
Architectural Digest magazine describes Montalbán 11, the historic seven-storey building with the magnificent façade, as the "most exclusive luxury residential building in all of Madrid", and it shines with new splendour. Sustainability was the top priority in the comprehensive redesign, from energy efficiency to the use of environmentally friendly materials and integration into the local ecosystem. The fact that Montalbán 11 can carry a BREEAM Very Good certification for particularly environmentally friendly buildings is also thanks to the fully automatic WÖHR Multiparker 740 in the underground.
Parking space for 32 vehicles - 5 EV-charging stations included
"With their space and energy-saving concept and their high economic efficiency, our flexible green parking solutions fit exactly into the requirement profile of the building owners" explains Ignacio Viñas Rausell, Product Marketing Manager at WÖHR. The Multiparker 740 for narrow and long layouts is discreetly integrated in the basement of the building, and the vehicles are handed over at ground level. A fully automatic high-bay racking system serves four parking rows on each of two parking levels with a total of 32 parking spaces; a 360° turning device allows convenient parking and exiting in the forward direction. Thanks to the synchronised pallet changing unit, the parking process takes an average of only 170 seconds. The Multiparker 740 in Montalbán 11 offers parking space for vehicles up to 5.25 m in length and 2.5 t in weight, in a fraction of the space that would be required for a conventional parking solution. Operation is contactless via RFID chip. Five of the 32 parking spaces were equipped with EV-charging stations at delivery; retrofitting is possible at any time.
Great comfort gain, small ecological footprint
For Ignacio Viñas Rausell, the fact that the building owners decided in favour of sustainable WÖHR technology is not surprising: "Whether mechanical, semi-automatic or fully automatic, our systems impress with their superior sustainability compared to conventional parking solutions: extremely small footprint, no costly lighting and ventilation, no space- and energy-consuming ramps and tramlines. Thanks to durable technology and the elimination of parking search traffic, the ecological footprint of each individual parking process is reduced quite considerably."
The efficiency and thus also the sustainability of WÖHR parking solutions can be further optimised during ongoing operation: Anonymised monitoring of system and usage data helps operators to continuously improve the performance, reliability and energy efficiency of the parking solution.
