Bike-Safe-Tower opened at Osnabrück train station!

On Wednesday, December 20, the fully automated Bike-Safe-Tower was opened at the Altstadtbahnhof in Osnabrück!
The bicycle parking garage offers space for 160 bicycles and e-bikes to be parked safely and conveniently directly at the station. 8 entrances, each with 20 individual boxes of the paternoster system, enable a quick parking and retrieval process via app. The stainless steel boxes also have storage options for bicycle helmets, rucksacks or clothing.

The 16-metre-high tower makes an important contribution to more sustainable mobility in the region. Inspired by this mission, Bremen artist Inga Krause designed the façade of the parking garage in the style of urban art - sustainable mobility by combining bikes and trains!

National car museum The Loh Collection wins Founding Members' Club Heritage Cup!

At the FIA Grand Gala in Baku, Azerbaijan, the National Automobile Museum - The Loh Collection received significant recognition for the efforts of dedicated organisations, events and individuals to promote and preserve automotive history!

WÖHR wins competition in Mexico! - Campos Elíseos

In the heart of Mexico City, the WÖHR Parksafe 582 shows how space for parking can be created even in a small area!

The newly built office building by the famous Mexican architectural firm Tatiana Bilbao at Campos Elíseos 160 will have 88 parking spaces on 8 underground parking levels by 2027.

Due to the already predefined statics and structure of the building, a parking system had to be found that would provide space for the required parking spaces. A conventional parking system was not possible for space reasons, nor were 2 separate entry and exit cabins. The Parksafe was therefore equipped with just one cabin, which is used both for entering and exiting the parking system.

A special feature in Mexico City is that deep excavations are preferably avoided due to the high groundwater level - another aspect in favor of the WÖHR Parksafe compared to a conventional underground parking solution.
In addition to the Parksafe, the project also has 16 WÖHR Parklifts 411, which are specially designed for large SUVs.

The WÖHR Slimparker as an Eyecatcher at the Car Museum!

One of the most exciting car collections in the world opens to the public. On July 23, 2023, the "National Car Museum The Loh Collection" opened in Dietzhölztal-Ewersbach with around 150 spectacular vehicles from 1886 to the present day.

Two WÖHR Slimparkers 557 adorn an entire hall wall with unique vehicles from 135 years of automotive history. Thanks to the 3 levels of the Slimparker, the parked vehicles are visible throughout the entire room and make for a real eye-catcher!

Safe and space-saving bicycle parking in the city of the future!

In an exciting research project by Urban Standards GmbH in Munich, innovative solutions for individual transport are being tested over 3 months. The goal? To control traffic more intelligently and create more space for urban quality of life!

In Kastenbauerstraße, around 40 test persons are discovering different mobility options. After this exciting test phase, the experience gained will be used to revolutionise neighbourhood mobility!

One highlight is our bike parking lockers and bike parking lifts! The lockers can hold 16 bicycles safely and in a space-saving manner. A step towards sustainable and efficient mobility!

New Coating driving sheet – WÖHR focuses on sustainable corrosion protection

The Friolzheim-based car parking systems specialist WÖHR uses steel with an environmentally friendly coating for the production of its driving sheets, which also shines with improved corrosion protection. Compared to conventional hot-dip galvanising, emissions are reduced by around 70 percent.

Cooperation with Koch & Partner, Bike Parking Systems AG!

During BAU we officially signed our cooperation agreement with Koch & Partner, Bike Parking Systems AG! From now on, the bike parking systems from Koch & Partner will be exclusively distributed internationally by WÖHR Autoparksysteme GmbH.

With the Bike-Safe-Tower and the Bike-Parking-Lift our product portfolio is extended by two more bike parking systems.

Our project Chapultepec Uno in Mexico City was awarded the IMEI BOMA Award!
Especially the sustainable and intelligent mix-use development convinced the jurors. The building has the Leed Gold certification!
