The Lifestyle Hospitality & Entertainment Group is a successful hotel management company incorporating international lifestyle hotels, luxury resorts, stylised private residences and first-class event gastronomy operations. By implementing its renown four-pillar project management strategy (design and architecture, service excellence, retreat and celebrations, future viability and technology) the LH & E Group has successfully positioned the outstanding “Kameha” brand, which has gone on to receive a number of national and international excellence awards.
The Kameha Residence in Düsseldorf constitutes another major highlight in the LH & E Group project list. Designed and constructed with plenty of love for detail on a gross floor area of approximately 13,000 square metres, the 59 extraordinary experiential living apartments feature first-class services and amenities in the typically grand Kameha style.
Luxury design residence services cannot but incorporate comfortable parking facilities for quick and safe vehicle parking. The architects therefore opted for WÖHR’s Multiparker 740 automatic vehicle parking system, providing 98 underground parking places managed via a set of two vehicle entry and exit transfer cabins.
