How does the Combilift work?

The Combilift is a semi-automatic parking system in which vehicles are parked on individual parking platforms and arranged on multiple levels to save space. Its unique feature lies in the intelligent movement of the platforms: they can move vertically via a lift system and horizontally within the parking structure.
 
Once the vehicle has been parked on a transfer level, the system takes over the parking process. The platform is first raised or lowered vertically and then moved horizontally into the designated parking position. Free space within the system is utilised efficiently, ensuring that access to the desired vehicle can be provided at any time – without the need for traditional aisles, ramps or manoeuvring areas.
The Combilift can be arranged in several rows one behind the other (multi-row system). This allows the system to be individually adapted to the floor plan, building geometry and project requirements. Depending on the design, compact parking layouts with high parking density can be created, both above and below ground.
 
In short:
By combining vertical lifting with horizontal shifting of the parking platforms, the Combilift makes optimum use of the available space. The result is more parking spaces within the same area, reduced construction costs and maximum flexibility – ideal for urban construction projects and challenging infill developments.

COMBILIFT 543 MR

With the ‘Combilift 543MR’, the vehicles are stored in an extremely compact way by raising, lowering and moving the parking pallets sideways, and can still be parked independently on 3 levels.

Thanks to the ‘Multi Row’ function of the MR version, the systems and therefore also the vehicles can be arranged in multiple rows. The flexible MR sliding platform acts as a bridge and enables access to the rear row of the parking system.
